#WTFOIA: Journo offers insight into federal government’s ‘misreading’ of FOIA requests

Journalist Michael Morisy co-founded MuckRock, a website and service that assists with Freedom of Information Act requests. On Wednesday, he tweeted an FOIA rejection from the IRS with the hashtag #WTFOIA. Click the image to read the whole thing.
